UD reversal and correction

Dear Experts,

We have Inspection lot for which results has been recorded and UD has been done . The inspection lot is generated during good receipt for a purchase order .

After inspection lot completion it has been found that the results recorded are wrong and also we want to assign a new inspection plan. How it can be done with the existing inspection lot. Please guide what to do.

Its lot to lot stock transfer in tr QAC2 .

Hi Dear ,

I think we cant move the material from quality to purchase order back.

But we can cancel the material document , and then transfer the QM stock to another lot .

The new Inspection plan will be copied to it , do the UD.

Now where is the stock ?

Transfer to other stock means , how we can do that ? Is it of same 01 inspection type or 08 ?

Hi Dear,

Go to Tr  QA02 -and cancel the assignment (Inspection Lot--> Function --> Withdraw Approval).

and  QAC3 - Cancel the samples  if any .

Then Go to QA02 again and assign the correct one manually.

It is not working . Is it possible to move the material from Quality back to the purchase order. Is it ok to cancel the material document for that item after reversal of stock posting from the inspection lot?

First of all you need to reverse the usage decision.

Reversal is alreday done. But want to assign the new inspection plan. Or want to create a new inspection lot with the new inspection plan.
