Hi,

Is anyone aware of REVERSE SLT where HANA is source & ECC is target?

If there is a structural change required in existing table, how to do and what should be the sequence of activities.

Experts , Please suggest me

Hi Biswa,

You will find a lot of discussions on the possibilities to configure a non Hana DB as a target DB on a SLT connection. It seems technically possible but not officially supported.

As using an ECC DB as a target, it seems a little bit dangerous (to say the least) because if you do this on standard table (by purpose or by accident), you will run into a lot of trouble.

But in my case I am only using Z tables for REVERSE SLT. So there is no risk involved in it.

If you can look into my below queries..that will be really helpful.
