Verification Check - LMDB vs. Workcenter

Hello,

we have probelms with our MOPZ regarding Product-/Software-versions.

In MOPZ we get the message, that the verifications-check was not running successfully.

When i run the Check in LMDB, the traffic-light is green and everything is okay:

If i run the verification-check in the workcenter (sm_workcenter -> Solution Manager Administration -> Landscape -> Product-Systems) i get a red alert with no details.

I think that this is the reason for the message in MOPZ.

Where can i find details about the check in workcenter ?

Where is the difference between these checks ?

Any suggestions ?

Hello

Looks like product instance is having versions mentioned Namely EHP3, SRM, Netweaver 7.4 and so on.

Make M1D system product version to SAP ERP and synchronize and try again.

But the system is a SRM etc.

If i do changes, they will be reseted after the next synchronisation...

Specially the topic

FALSE POSITIVE INFO MESSAGE: The product system is invalid although the verification result is positive (status green).
