Upgrade to Lumira 1.29 causing error

Hey

we have upgraded to Lumira 1.29 client and server

everything is working except being able to download to Lumira client or open file in the client from the BI launch pad.

we keep getting a error saying "The file name does not exist" when we try open an uploaded file.

any ideas?

Did you update to 1.29.3 ?

Which version of BI platform are you on?

Hey Tammy,

we upgraded to 1.29.3

BI platform is 4.1 SP6 - version 14.1.6.1760

Could you check your Lumira Preferences > Network settings?  Is everything good there?  Maybe use the camera to upload a screen shot of that?

That looks good to me; I am hoping other community members can offer some guidance or ideas

Error message actual reads

"The file name is invalid" to be super specific - have tried uploading new files etx it works fine saving up to launch pad - just will not head back the other way

Hi - there was a SAP Note/KBA issued December 2nd that covers this:

Please have a look and see if the cause identified is your issue
