During Creation of report incident in SAP Support portal , i can't find in product the list of my installation Production and Quality ..etc
Any reason for this ?

It may be problem in the browser, Could you try different browser if possible share the snapshot.

2. Most of the time problem in the Web browser (IE 10 / 11). just follow the setting as mention in the SCN link
