RFx reponse with different item currency

Hi,

RFx is created with 3 line items and the currency is USD.

Now the supplier wants to use different currencies at the item level in the RFx response.

For example: Item 1 with currency USD, Item 2 with EUR and Item 3 using SGD.

Currently the currency field is not editable in the RFx response and hence it is not possible to change the currency directly in the item.

Is it possible to achieve this functionality or this is the standard behavior in the RFx response?

Hello Aswani,

during RFx creation, in "Bidders" tab, "Bidders currency" sub-tab, here, in addition to the main currency of the RFx filled in “RFx information” tab, the Purchaser has the possibility to add currencies to which the Bidders will be allowed to propose their Bid.

Thus, Bidders can make their quotes in the currency that suits them (if it is present here) but the offer will be displayed to the buyer in the primary currency of the RFx.

Thank you very much for your response!

But this option is only available at the header level.

In the RFx response, the bidder is selecting the currency e.g. EUR from the drop down under "RFx information" tab. And the currency is getting changed in all the three items automatically e.g. from USD to EUR.

If we navigate to the line items under "Items" tab in the RFx response, the currency field is disabled and the bidder cannot change the currency directly for any particular item.

Bidder wants to change the currency directly at the item level in order to have different currencies item wise, in the same RFx response.

Please advise if this is possible.
