GRC action usage sync job not retrieving history data

Dear experts,

We have encountered an issue with Action Usage Sync job. When we execute it from SPRO->sync jobs, it only brings out the usage information for the current execution timestamp. How should we execute the Action Usage Sync in order to bring out all the history data?

We are in GRC 10.0 SP19.

Please refer the below SAP KBA and as suggested implement the note 2124327 in the plugin system

2178490 - Action usage sync job not fetching the entire data.
