Not able to see the BEX Broadcaster in portal

we are currently facing issue in portal link not able to open the BEX broadcaster.

Hello Carlos,

i have followed all the steps as mentioned in the below given links but still no sucess ,

kindly at least let me know the error logs which i have to look into it , i have checked the default trace files and java related logs files still no help

Hi,

First to root the cause the issue.

I would suggest to run the bex query in BI system directly, to check if everything work fine .

Once you done with the testing, enable the broswer trace and reproduce the issue on Portal and share thet trace file which will help us to undersatnd about some basic configuration issues.
