User Migration with password from ABAP 7.0dualstack database to 7.4Javastack UME database

Kindly help on the mentioned issue

How to migrate the users with password from  7.0 dualstack ABAP database to 7.4 Single Javastack UME database.

Please respond as quick as possible as we are planning to GO-LIVE.

Were you able to migrate users with password. I am also facing the same issue. Please suggest a way to migrate the users with password.

Hi Harshit,

From dual stack 7.0  server migration of users with passwords is not possible.

For single stack system it possible to export all the users with existing  password.

Find the below SAP note and parameter.

SAP note:-1760085

Parameter:- ume.admin.password.migration" to "TRUE

Hi Sriram,

Sorry for reverting late,

As mentioned in sap note:-1760085 already done that configuration by changing ume.admin.password.migration" to "TRUE and done export import  users

from 7.0 server to 7.4 java stack.

Here I'm able to import all the data except password.

And second option of asking to change the password is not possible.

Kindly suggest any alternate method to migrate the users with password.
