Is there an error log for file upload errors?

I'm using SAP MDG 7.0, when using file upload with a number of lines i'm getting error messages.

Question number 1 - How do i identify the line to which error message is referring?

There's a limitation on the number of errors that can be displayed - 200

Question number 2 - Is it possible to find all (above 200) errors in the error log?

Looking forward to expert's advise 🙂

Hi,

If you are using the file upload webdynpro application ,  I don't think you could find all the errors in the UI and there is no log written. You could perhaps use the program USMD_DATA_TRANSFER_BACKEND for this

Hi,

You could use this program to upload the data using a file in background  mode. The program will write all the errors to job log. You could look at the screen shot provided in my first reply for more details.
