Request for share BADI

Hello colleagues,

I would like to ask you to share your screen with ZGRFN_MSMP_NOTIFICATION_ESI enhancement spot.

If you use functionality for sending notifications both for main approvers and substitute approvers please share your settings for filters.

I've done recommendations in accordance with the note 1734548

I set Recipient-ID as 'GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS' for Stage Level Notification Settings

put filter for ES in the following way:

I tried to put some filter values for stage level such as NEW_WORK_ITEM, but it was useless.

If I put all possible stage values on the filter, the multi user mails (with passwords) are damaged.

This is my config.  Are your notification working, but just not going to the delegate(s)?

I have a few extra's in the screenshot below, as I disable notifications for certain action types.  I think you need NEW_WORK_ITEM (makes sense to me).

Thank you very much for sharing.

Unfortunately, in our case with mentioned by you parameters BADI couldn't recognise that is should take an action. So that, our ABAPer make another implementation - ZGRFN_MSMP_NOTIFI_DELEGEES that sends notification for delegees.
