Loading negative quantity

Experts,

I have a outbound delivery haning in EWM.

Can't load, unload, post GI etc.

After checking I found, that loading qty is negative:

Checking the loading, I can see all HUs are not loaded, on position level 2 positions are partly loaded:

When I try to to unload these positions, error message saying item is locked,

Checking the OD with /scwm/chm_log, only thing I got is

Block status DBD is set for 2 items

Block status DBO is set for 2 items

6 items can only be checked after completing the split

I'm lost - any idea how to solve?

Did you check on the Document flow tab of the corresponding item which entries are there regarding loading?

Maybe can you check if in transaction SMQ2 if there is a hanging queue for your delivery which has a loading step?

In and outbound queues are emtpy for ERP and EWM.

Looks as if you could have duplicate unloading USH document flow entries.

Maybe you can check if SAP notes exists for this.

For example check if the following note can be useful (but this will not repair your existing document):

2101274 - Duplicate unload document flow in inbound delivery

As an alternative you can also contact the SAP support.

I also saw the note...

What I have done now is very dirty. Debug'n'replace while posting GI for the transport. Here I changed the loading qty (to be not negative) and also jumped over the error message saying only partly loaded.

GI is posted, ERP is correct, we are implementing the actual stack at the moment, so this problem will be fixed next week.
