I am not sure if it is still available or not.You can search for it ..

Goto service.sap.com/swdc-->Installations and Upgrades-->Search for Software-->search for "SAP HANA STUDIO"

         

This will give you a number of options.You can check from them

You can check for the description.If the description says it for 32 bit version then logically it should work.

No.It is not SP only.You can install it as a full installation.
