SAP PI to SAP C4C

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate SAP PI 7.4 with SAP C4C system.... I have deployed certificated from C4C to SAP PI....

But whenever I ping my communication channel in Communication Channel I am getting error -

"Failed to Open the connection to the URL : <my URL>"

Can you tell me what can be issue here?

Also how can I check port 443 is open or not?

Hi Rashmi,

The error indicates that the C4C system is not reachable. Did the firewall is open from C4C side?

Hi Harish,

I have added below parameters in on my PI system -

PROT=HTTPS, PORT=443, TIMEOUT=15, PROCTIMEOUT=45, VCLIENT=0

but again I tried to ping my channel and I got same error...

Any more suggestions??

Take a help from basis and network team to check if PI is able to connect to C4C.

log into PI in os level

perform the command

telnet c4chost/ip 443
