Export to spreadsheet not possible

Hello Experts,

I am trying to export list of change documents (Result List ) through SM_CRM. Export to spreadsheet button is visible and when i click on export to spreadsheet button, nothing happens. System does not prompt options like save, save as, cancel.

Is there any setting for restriction.

Hello,

Check your IE security settings, this function uses ActiveX elements
