Stop automatic creation of inspection lot after outbound delivery

Hi all,

my client have  a scenario in which automatically create the delivery upon saving the sales order. insp. lot are creating automatically after delivery. now he want to stop to automatically creation of Insp. lot. how i stop it?????.

Hi,

You can stop Automatic creation of Inspection lot, to do so:

• deactivate the Inspection Type in QM view of material master (Insp. Type may be 10, 11 or 12)
• or remove the same Insp. type from QM view of material master.

Hi Sarfaraz,

thanku for reply. my client want to stop it only for same delivery type not for all. if i remove the insp. type from material master then it effect all the delivery type..

OK,

When we use reference (with sale order) for outbound delivery then activate Insp. Type 10 and without reference (without sale order) we use Insp. type 11.

Hi,

You can check in QM configuration to select your required delivery type against 10 and 11 Insp. Type.

QCC0>Quality Inspection>Inspection lot creation>Inspection at shipping>assign inspection lot origin to delivery type.
