Data acquisition errors in Lumira Cloud

I am using Lumira Cloud to teach my students basic data analytics, but the vast majority are now having problems uploading the class dataset, receiving the error "Data Acquisition Failed." I had hoped to use Lumira in class tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

Brant - if you are using Lumira Desktop 1.29, it will not work with Lumira Cloud; you need to use 1.28 or lower.

If you are just using Lumira Cloud (not desktop) I recommend contacting Lumira Support at - phone and e-mail are on the space page

I can't upload anything either to the Lumira Cloud; I would definitely call/e-mail Lumira Support - good luck

Correction - my small file finally uploaded...maybe it takes time?  If you are getting errors I would contact SAP Support
