IDOC TO SOAP Asynchronous

Hi Experts,

we have an interface IDOC to SOAP Asynchronous,while triggering the IDOC it is successfully triggered and showing successful also in SAP PI  SXMB_MONI, but in communication channel monitoring it is throwing below error and in waiting status.

We have upgraded from 7.11 to 7.31 recently and it's having no issue in 7.11

Delivery of the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.ConfigException: Exception while Setting the Acknowledgement Endpoint for AE

Can any one suggest me to over come this issue.

No ..we don't have any Acknowledgements.
