Hello,

give this topic to your Basis team.

They must download the Adapter in the Service Marketplace or with Maintenance Optimizer (MOPZ) in your Solution Manager, but with the MOPZ, it´s easier.

When they downloaded the files for the Adapter, they have to deploy the adapter with the SUM (Software Update Manager).

You have to start the SUM directly on the Operating System, when you don´t have access to the Operating System, you can´t install the Adapter by yourself.

But this is a task for your Basis Team. I think they know how to use the MOPZ and the SUM.

Or did you have any questions to the MOPZ / SUM?

you need deploy the TPZ files required for SFTP in the PI Server.
