Issue while setting "Withdrawn" status for defect correction

Hi,

We are currently on Solman 7.1 SP10. We have configured 2 variants of defect corrections (YMTM for 3T system landscape & ZMTM for 4T system landscape). YMTM for 3T is working perfectly fine.

however, for ZMTM while setting the status "Withdrawn" i am getting the below error:

"Error while executing the action; see application log". My application log doesn`t show any additional details except the same message.

I have checked all the status values, Actions & consistency checks for both the transactions and they are identical. Even though the status is successfully changed to "Withdrawn" it still shows the error message for ZMTM. It works perfectly fine for YMTM.

What can go wrong??? Any clues or potential cause for this....
