sales order-open quantity

Dear friends,

Here i am having doubt in getting report on open(Balance) qty in sales orders.

My requirement is to get open qty,Order qty sales order wise report whose dispatch is still pending.(system should also  consider Order quantities whose delivery is created but not yet invoiced)

I checked for VA05/VA05N/VL10C t codes but here i am getting Order Qty & confirmed qty & not open qty.

Kindly guide any report where i can achieve this!

Hi,

Have you checked the change layout option VA05 transaction?

There you can find Open order quantity option.

hi Gopal,

i executed Tcode VA05, but no where in layout i could find field Open orders qty.is it in VA05N?

Can u plz specify little more clearly..(in selection screen itself or after output generation)

I am using ECC 6.0. EHP 4

Execute transaction VA05.

Give inputs and selection as Open sales orders

Press Enter and ALV page ll open, here click on the icon highlighted:

Here you can find your required fields:

sorry i dont have any hidden fields showing when i execute and see in change layout option.

Is there  any customization changes involved..for VA05 to be done.

In the initial screen of VA05, you should have this option of selecting this open order quantity.

Dear Sir,

I have option of selecting OPEN orders in VA05 selection screen but not open Order qty in any layout.

i saw layout options 0Sap,1sap,3sap also.

But no field like open order qty.

If you have selected open sale order, then whatever quantity populating in the output are only the open order quantities.  Have you checked this ?

Sir,

I agree that after selecting open orders in VA05 ,we get Order Qty,Confirmed Qty ,but not Balance qty which i required.

Anyways i developed ABAP report by selecting tables VBAP,VBBAK ,VBUP by addig logic of Status field of sales order item from  VBUP.

VA06 is not currently available in SAP version we are using..

Hi,

you can archive the required:

Order qty sales order wise report whose dispatch is still pending.

Via the post of Gopal, i.e. VA05 - open order. You can also chek VA05N its similar report.

For the other requirement

system should also  consider Order quantities whose delivery is created but not yet invoiced

Execute Tcode: VL06

and select List of Outbound Delivery

Enter the required Input for setting up the filter

Post that in Status delivery outbound section - select - Billing Status as: A - Not yet Processed

Now execute the report.
