In my project many time i face the scenario that No Data in SAP NWA Availability and performance .Can you please let us know hoe to trace this situation .

It is possible that the sapcontrol commands are too strict and prevent the information to be pulled. Detailed explanation can be found in note 927637.

Please make a test with the DEFAULT 'service/protectedwebmethods' setting in the global profile: ..\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\profile\DEFAULT.PFL
