PI: Component Based Message Alerts Issue

Dear All,

We are with PI7.4 dual stack. i have configured CBMA by following Michal's blogs.

It looks all good and job AlertConsumerJob logs saying 2 alerts have been consumed. But unfortunately they were not received my inbox .

I tried with invalid email ID as well to trace the error.

I have gone through couple of troubleshooting blogs but no luck.

As a first step i have tried by creating my own consumer using API, since it was not working i have tried with default consumer ALERT-TO-MAIL. but still not receiving emails. you can find the job details from below attach.

Can we find somewhere the alerts information with in PI Java? like Alert ID, Error Category and error details?

Where should we start the trouble shooting because i am not even finding the errors/failures, may be i am missing something very important here? It's completely blocking the path, appreciate your help in finding the root cause.

Hello Siva,

Check at the server level anything blocking the triggering the mail.

In our landscape we have some mechanism which will block the mail from being triggered.
