Issue with Commitment posting to WBS while Creating Material PR/PO

Former Member

Hello,

We are facing issue, Commitment is not posting to WBS while creating PR/PO from PS and MM both module. But if we create Service PR/PO all postings of Commitment done as per standards.

I have Checked the PS config, OBYC settings and G/L Settings, all are fine and unchanged. Only thing what we did is config for MRP. Later MRP as requirement changed we reversed all config done for MRP.

Does MRP settings are the base for this issue? I am not sure where did i went wrong, Please Help me.

Regards,

Omkar Deshpande

Dear All,

Thanks for helping me for the same.... Issue was generated because of G/L. Inventory Account (Balance sheet G/L) should be Cost element to view all reports in SAP PS.

Check the following link for Better understanding.

Omkar

Hi Omkar,

Please let us know which account assignment category is used by you.

if you are using network activity (N) than their could be reason of control key. control key does not activated for cost.

thanks

Just check once the PR/PO is created with correct account assignment category using WBS code. As per standard PR/PO should be shown under committments of WBS.
