HANA User locked, how to unlock?

hello,

recently, I got AHANA Access, I am learning HANA Modeling Information Views,

but in the Add System Area it showing a massage that is "Secure Storage is locked ". I am unable to understand what is this ? and how resolve this problem?

it is my first experience to see it. and it does not show add systems also.

i attached screen shot , that would give better view of the problem.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

Securestore problem.

If you have all needed info (IP SID system number user and password) for the hana system then delete the securestore and recreate the system in hanastudio.

Dear Vandana,

Please click 'window' and click 'new window'. And later you have to maintain your HANA system details in left side by adding 'add system'

2118551 - HANA STUDIO with Secure strage is locked error

Symptom

In HANA STUDIO you see "Secure strage is locked" error in Systems tab.

In error log you can see:
Secure storage was unable to retrieve the master password. If secure
storage was created using a different Windows account, you'll have to
switch back to that account. Alternatively, you can use the password
recovery, or delete and re-create secure storage.

Cause

Secure strage is locked

Resolution

Please delete .eclipse folder under your HANA STUDIO workspace and try again.
