Error "It is not possible to add roles to request for selected request type" after upgrading to SP19

Hi Gurus,

We are facing issue while creating Access request with request type "SAP Access De-provisioning". While adding  roles for removal, we are getting error "It is not possible to add roles to request for selected request type" (Role were added for removal by dropping down from existing assignment)

We are facing this error only after upgrading to component GRCFND_A to SP19. Kindly suggest.

Hi Nihal,

Please recheck your SPRO configuration for User Provisioning--> Define Request Type-->Change Account--> Select action  has remove or not.

Hi Priyanka,

We are using the request type as "SAP Access De-provisioning" and for it the Select action  has remove.

Also, we are facing this error only after upgrading to component GRCFND_A to SP19. Kindly suggest.

System Version is GRC 10.0

I'm having the same issue after SP upgrade.  How did you resolved the issue?

Hi Jonathan,

I added action "ASSIGN OBJECT" for the request type "124" (SAP Access De-Provisioning) and it worked.

I am still surprised how it used to work earlier, may be some changes after SP upgrade.
