issue in CATS with F4 help, ...

Dear all,

not on all but on some computers we have the problem that in CATS (Webdynpro Abap, application HRESS_A_CATS_1) F4 help in input fields or Personalize -> Open Personalization Dialogue Box is not working. Nothing happens after clicking on F4 help or Open Personalization Dialog Box and the Internet Explorer is not respondig anymore so that you have to close and restart it.

This problem occurs in all cases where a new Webdynpro window is generated in the browser which overlies the CATS main screen.

I have already reset the Internet Explorer on the computers with this issue but this did not help.

Any idea what can solve this issue on this computers ?

We are using Internet Explorer 10.

Hi Arnd,

What is the SP version you are using??

Mostly it might be because of browser rendering issue. Please do a cross check once for your ECC and browser compatibility in SAP PAM.
