Experts we are using Oracle DB 11.2 and ECC EHP 6. When we create a user SU01 after saving it is showing as user created but after edit or display the user it is showing error as user not exist. please help me how to solve the problem...

Is it a new installed system ?
If it is a new system, then kindly have a look to the parameter rdisp/bufrefmode which is important.
If it is an old system then check in SM13 is there any pending locks with error .

Hello,
As a starting point, check your system log (SM21) and check for short dumps (ST22).
Also check SM13 for failed updates.
