Hey there,
I'm installing SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.4 SPS8 (NW7.4) but hen installing the install.sh i get a few error messages:
install.sh: 79: [: 192.168.2.9: unexpected operator
Hostname ubuntu assumed to be SAP compliant
install.sh: 165: install.sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
also when installing libaio i get an error:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package libaio
does anybody know how to fix this?
thanks in advance.
Hi Jimlee,
When starting the install script use:
sudo bash ./install.sh
It can be the install script is not marked as executable and starting with bash instead of sh this will solve this problem.

Henry

Hello,
Hostname ubuntu assumed to be SAP compliant
Ubuntu Linux is not supported... Check the PAM to see the supported Linux distributions / versions.
