VF04 authorisation....

Hi All,

I have not given authorisation for VF04 transaction. But when user enter this transaction, it works.

How to restrict VF04 Transaction? I have given only VF01,VF02,VF03,VF05 only.

You might be checking only one role. Please check all the roles to ensure that VF04 authorization is not given to the user.

Run the program RSUSR070 (Roles by complex selection criteria) and give the VF04 in the transaction code field. After filling in the details, when you execute this program system will show all the roles in which VF04 authorization is given. Now check those roles to find out what kind of authroizations are given.

Hi Yousuf,

Authoirzations are usually maintained and given by a Basis Conultant you can do it thr SU03.
