SUM Tool Strucked at Finalization Phase

Hello SAP Team

After the looking all the documents we have successfully started SUM Tool and Started LVM Addon Installation

It went good for a while ,But at last at the Final stage we are facing issue that it is struck since long time

at Finalization-

Please review the below screenshot

And provide your suggestion whether closing the SUM Tool and opening it may completes the installation

Or Any troubleshoot steps we need to follow

Please help me to over come this issue

Hello Pavan,

please check whether both SUM processes or the DB are actually under load and seem to be performing actions. If this persists please open up a ticket under component "BC-UPG-TLS-TLJ" after ensuring that you use the latest release of Software Update Manager as this seems to be either an issue with your AS Java or the Software Update Manager. Kindly have a look at all the SUM documents as well available under Software Logistics Toolset (SL Toolset) – SAP Help Portal Page.
