Column width in Planning tabel

Dear experts,

I need a help in adjusting the column width for period labels in planning book. I have tried to go in to the design mode of Planning book and selected the

planning book and right click to default width and saved the settings. that worked fine for my user ID. how to apply the same settings for all users because the end users cannot go to design mode and adjust the column width.

Please let me know how the above issue can be resolved.

Hi Ashwin,

Within the planning book, there is option of user settings where user can go and edit the width of the period lablels and Save. Please see screenshot below -

Hi Alok,

It works for the particular user, But our requirement is to apply the same settings for all users.

Is there any way to apply the same settings for all users.

Hi

You can goto /SAPAPO/SDPUSET - User Settings for Interactive Planning and create about settings for respective data view and keep the user area is blank. As per my understand then this settings would be applicable to all the users who can respective planning book/data view.
