Hello to all. can someone please help in providing the t-code for monitoring productivity by user id?

This is not my area of expertise, however, I did some searching on help.sap.com.  There is a transaction SUIM that may be what you need.  Here is the link to the help documentation

Not quite sure what you are looking for. From a technical point of view trx STAD give you an overview about productivity of users in the system.
