Unable to submit Access request for Multiple User

Hello All,

We are unable to submit Access request for Multiple User, but it works fine for Self and Other options. We have already

submitted more than 1000 request(Self and Other) but using Using Multiple request for first time.Its giving attached error.

Even i tried to raise Multi request only for one single User. But its still the same. We are requesting under standard Access request not Template based request. Is there any other special setting for Multiple request,

Also checked Snote - 1806141 - GRC 10.0: EUP not supported for Multiple Users requests. But here my issue is different, Here am unable to submit Multi user request. It gives error message upon submission. Error attached. Please advise.

We are on SP level 16.

I think in your initiator rule u have request type maintained.maintained

please maintain for request type multiple to take path and try

Hi Prasant,

I did not get you clear, Could you please help me out here.

In my BRF+ i have maintained New Account 01,Change 02 and Lock 04 request types. But unable to see Multiple request type.
