Dear Solman Gurus,

We have completed "Managed System Setup of BOE 4.0 system in Solman 7.1" relalted this document ; Managed System Setup of BOE 4.0 system in Solman 7.1 - SAP Solution Manager Setup - SCN Wiki

The problem is in Solman "Technical Monitoring" Availability is grey related the screen shot.

Also "Managed System Configuration FULL EWA" is completed related screen shots ;

Here is BO 4.0 and Tomcat configuration view ;

On the other hand, i completed Technical Monitoring Steps for BO and Apache Tomcat ;

Assigment Status in "Technical Monitoring" turned to Green;

Nothing appear in Reporting !

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am not sure also it will trigger EWA report ?

What Could be the problem ?

Can you please check SAP Transaction code "CCDB" and make sure all extractors are green

Here is the output of CCDB looks like no problem ;

Hello Kemal,

Please review the following SAP Knowledg Base Article

1819848 - All metrics are grey in Technical Monitoring.

Also go into the Events/Metrics tree, and select a metric and drill down into the Metric Troubleshooting.

I have applied 1819848 note related these steps without problem.

Re-execute the Create Alert Calculation Job

Re-execute the  "Basic DPC Configuration" and "Setup Extractor Framework" jobs.

technical monitoring

Step 2.6 Workmode Settings

Job is also ok.

But still problem exist...
