I created an ODBC connection from Universe Design Tool 4.1, tested it, and it works fine. When I try to use that connection, in Information Design Tool 4.1, it doesn't work. When I test it, it fails saying [SN][ODBC ServiceNow driver]An error occurred, but no diagnostics are available. The driver is a 32 bit driver. When I had the 64 bit driver loaded it gave me an architecture incompatibility error. Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.
