Write Mail body in receiver mail adapter using module

I can not use the mail receiver xsd to populate the mail body. My requirement is, we have an outbound proxy. The data in proxy need to converted in flat file and send the file as attachment in mail. So flat file conversion, attaching that in mail and name the attachment is already done using module. Remaining part, I need to put one line in mail body and for that I have to use module.
