issue fax with Z output type

We have an issue with the output types of V3 - Billing.

We use the standard output type RD00 to send a smartform to a fax number.  This is working fine.

We also use a Z output type to send the same smartform to a fax number --- this is not working.  The fax is send from SAP without any issues but our fax system cannot send the smartform.  We get the following error message:

2015-11-16T13:15:11.708100+01:00 faxfinder FaxScheduler: (pdf2tiffg3_with_resolution:172) Failed to determine page dimensions for file [/usr/local/share/fsched/00000026/files/90242489.pdf]2015-11-16T13:15:11.708125+01:00 faxfinder FaxScheduler: (tiff_converter:396) failed to convert file /usr/local/share/fsched/00000026/files/90242489.pdf

Does anyone has an idea why the standard output type RD00 is able to send the fax and the Z output type results in an error message?  We already copied the standard output type RD00 to a Z output type but this copy can also not send a fax.

Kind regards,

Lieselot

Hi Lieselot,

it looks like you are using different device-types. Have a look at the pdf itself I would suggest that there is another pageformat in. This could happen while generating the pdf.

The output-type itself doesn't have any cards in.

The device-type/printer is the one you should have a look at.

Another thought is the permission. MAybe your faxservice isn't allowed after converting to use the hard-disk. Mhh.. tricky
