Service PR creation Auto with Q & D Assign from PROJ

Hi Experts,

Can we set system to create service PR automatically create once we save project structure, I am using Service master and while saving i am getting requisition number but with N & D account assignments ( Network ), I require Service PR on WBS, What necessary configuration change require for this.

In case of procuring Material, Material PR creating with A/c Assignment Q correctly, please help how this can be achieved for Service PR as well?

Sorry, A/c assignment would be P & D...looking for replies.

Hi Gaurav,,

if you assign external activity with service check than system will create PR with account assignment N and D.

if you create service PR using tcode ME51N than you will able to create PR having account assignment P and D.\\

this is standard system behavior.

But in case of material PR, I am able to create automatically from PS with A/c Assignment Q (WBS), So Service can not be created with Account assignment WBS automatically from PS?

Hi Gaurav,

Material PR is different where we select whether material to be maintained in stock or non stock item. where in services we do not have option to choose from stock/non stock.

services are only meant for directly consumption while acceptance. so we can not have Q as account assignment.

One more question - I am able to create Automatic PR (Material) on WBS element but reservation creating on network, is it possible to create reservation also on WBS instead on network.?
