Placeholder in Notification-messages for System Monitoring

Hello,

we try to change the notification-options in the system-Monitoring to get SID and Event in the subject of the email.

For Job Monitoring and BPM there is a documentation regarding placeholders.

We changed the subject in the advanced Options with our own text equivalent to the documentation:

But in the email we only see the placeholder and not the SID or Event.

Is it possible to use placeholders for that monitoring notifications ? And if yes, which are possible ?

Note 2229246 was implemented, but no change.

Note 1747633 suggests, that we must implement the/a BAdI for the function

But is there no other way ?
