Hello Experts,

We are working in SAP GRC 10.0. We are facing an issue in generation of EAM Activity Log. The log generated does not contain the complete information. For example- If user has posted a transaction by t-code FB01 of Rs. 10000 by using FF Id.

The log provides the t-codes used and user details, however, it does not reflect the transaction details, like GL Debited/ Credited, amount, table changes, etc. In absence of such information, it is very difficult for the controller to approve the transactions.

Our consultant has suggested to enable the Audit Log of all the tables. However, it will impact the system performance drastically and therefore, it is not possible to activate the same for all the tables.

Please suggest is there any alternate option to resolve such issue.

Hi Sachin,

"Performance issues" are a common push-back and should be fought.  Without table logging, the Firefighter log will not show the information that you are looking for.  You should determine which tables you want logged, and Basis can turn on logging.  There is no alternative.
