Hello,

Below are the errors when i execute commands by prdadm where our saprouter is installed.

please confirm if SAPRouter user is the same one used to generate the Certreq and import the certificate?

Hello Chandra,

Please recheck whether PRDADM was the original owner when the saprouter was installed.

If the standard document was referred during saprouter installation, then it would have been SNCADM.

It is installed by sncadm.

Then login with SNCADM and check the above commands.
