not authenticate the IQ agent

I have a SAP IQ 16 server, and I failed to authenticate with the IQ agent or the portal SCC or portal cockpit.

This has not allowed me to create the database from the GUI of the SCC.

Anyone know what the cause of the error attached image, and the exact version installed IQ.

You can find a similar issue as follows.

Make sure no other instance of SCC is running on the machine,  if there is no other instance, then it is quite possible  SCC repository messed up.  I would suggest unregistering resource, and then  stop SCC (both Server and agent, if running on two different machines) 1. cd $SYBASE/SCC-3_3/services/Repository2. rename  scc_repository.db and scc_repository.log(if you do have scc_reposiory.log)3.Run $SYBASE/plugins/IQMAP/scc_iq_monitor_privileges_setup.sql in the server4. Start SCC5. register and autheniticate resource

Thank you very much "Gi-sung" had already reviewed and implemented the recommendation of the forum, but the "scc_repository.db" file was not recreated, and therefore the SCC service not start, then I have to step back and leave the initial file.

That is, even I can not login with the IQ agent from the SCC.
