1) Can any one explain what is api_cache?
2) During bpm's we refreshes cache....why it should be refreshed?
HI,
As explained above , CPA Cache is Collaboration Partner Agreement .. When ever we activated the ID objects all will resgister in CAP cache ,these will be used in Runtime for message processing.
Similalry BPM also, but we need to refresh manually because , in general cahce will updated immedeitely to avoind runtime errors we would do full refresh cache.

It will get refreshed automatically if u make modifications.
You can manually do a complete cache refresh also if u want.
