You may not get full details steps. based on your OS / DB you have to refer the SAP system copy guide from SAP link SAP NetWeaver Guide Finder
Kindly follow the steps
1. Source system export using SWPM (Current system which is running on DB2)
2. On Target system you have to do Import using SWPM.
Before start the migration you have to check the SAP PAM Sybase support OS version details and SAP version.
