Considering only stock with shelf life more than 6 months for planning. Business is not willing to move the stock with less than 6 months to a different storage location.
Total stock available at a given product location in ECC = CC
Batch data to be picked up and stock quantities to be identified with remaining shelf life less than 6 months(ZS).
Objective: For SNP planning instead of total stock use(CC-ZS)
Can this be achieved in SNP Heuristic or deployment?
Hi Ujjal
I think this is the standard requirement in food or pharma industry.
It´s not possible in the SAP standard solution but you require to come up with work around.
In my earlier project, we use to calculate the stock i.e. ZS i.e. stock getting expired in six months and use to put this as additional demand in the SNP planning book. This would assure that respective stock is getting netted off with additional demand which you have created but for this you require to some easy and simple enhancements/programs.
Please let us know if this could be solution for your scenario.
Thanks
