How to release multiple bill document number.

Hi Team,

There are lots of bill document numbers got out sorted so by EA20 we can reverse one by one bill document numbers but is there any way to reverse all those documents at a time.

You can input multiple numbers to EA20.  You will have to acknowledge the message in order to do so.

Thank you for your response but may I know what type of message you are talking about and actually I have inset multiple documents are n EA20 but error showing that too many documents are selected so can you tell me where I need to put multiple documents in EA20.

That message is a informative massege, after that massege comes just press "Enter button" then press "F8" to execute mass reversal.

And from EA05 sreen also you can select and reverse and in mass.

Hi Nishant,

Ea20 is the right Transaction.

Add all the documents to the selection screen and click on "Execute (F8)".

Now you will get information Message, Just click on ENTER and all the documents will be reversal.
