Enable technical help in WDA application hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand

Hi,

Is there any way to enable technical help in erec applictaion for external candidate which is accessed by below URL?

i.e.

http ://<server>:host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand?sap-client=<number>&sap-language=EN

I have already added authorizations like SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW and S_DOKU_AUT authriation object. Still it doesnt show technical help. It works when

applications are accessed via portal in end user roles like ESS, MSS but for external candidates (EREC) who register and login using URL http ://<server>:host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand?sap-client=<number>&sap-language=EN  it doesn't show technical help.

Any inputs on how to enable it?

Hi Gabor,

I have already tried by giving SAP_ALL authorization but still technical help doesn't work for external candidates. This works for other users who access portal using ESS/MSS roles.

Hi Navya,

You can check the SICF service of the WD root node (or the application node itself), maybe a specific user has been set there.
