Upload / download changes for forecast

Hi all,

We have requirement that

1. download system calculated forecast from SNC.

2. Then users might make changes to this key figure value and upload it again.

3. this should get saved and displayed in manually change forecast key figure.

Also is there MACRO kind of calculation running in background, which will automatically make Corrected forecast key figure as final forecast to be used for planning?
