How to convert warning message to error (Message no. RU250)

Hi All,

System throwing the following warning message when user do the posting of  actual work more then planned work in activity confirmation posting. is there any setting is available or i should go for development.

Error Message:-

Actual work + remaining work exceeds planned work

Message no. RU250
